Users can now instruct AI to create tasks, update pipelines, and trigger project management workflows automatically inside Google Workspace.

Tooling Studio announced the launch of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, a new capability that allows AI systems and large language models (LLMs) to directly interact with and execute actions inside Google Workspace through Tooling Studio’s existing integrations.

This feature launch marks a shift in how work gets done inside Google Workspace. Instead of limiting AI to generating text or suggestions, Tooling Studio enables it to take action. LLMs can now act as agents by creating, updating, and organizing tasks at the user’s request. Similarly, they can tap into the CRM integration to manage contacts and deal pipelines. Workflows can be triggered from natural language instructions, all within the same environment where teams already operate.

Tooling Studio has built its platform around a simple premise: work should happen where it already lives. Its Kanban Tasks and Sales CRM tools run natively inside Google Workspace and Gmail, allowing users to manage tasks, pipelines, and contacts without switching tabs or relying on external systems. With MCP integration, that environment becomes accessible to AI, turning it into a system that can be both used and operated programmatically.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview With Fredrik Skantze, CEO and Co-founder of Funnel

This addresses a clear limitation in most AI tools today. While they are capable of analyzing information and generating output, they remain disconnected from execution. They suggest actions but cannot carry them out. The new feature closes that gap by exposing its task and CRM infrastructure through MCP, allowing AI agents to operate on real, external systems instead of working in isolation. Planning and execution now happen within the same loop.

For example, users can ask AI to analyze meeting recording transcripts and automatically generate tasks based on what was discussed. This includes identifying action items, capturing key decisions, and assigning responsibilities, with outputs structured directly within the system. The feature removes the need for manual interpretation and task creation, ensuring that discussions are consistently translated into actionable follow-ups and reducing the risk of missed steps and aligning outcomes with execution immediately.

Marketing Technology News: The Death of Third-Party Cookies Was Just the Start. Are You Ready for Consent Orchestration?

The integration follows a native approach to Google Workspace. Rather than layering additional tools on top, Tooling Studio embeds functionality directly into Gmail and connects with Google Tasks and Contacts. MCP extends this model by making the workspace itself accessible to AI systems. Users continue working in a familiar interface while AI operates within the same environment, removing the need for additional platforms or complex integrations.

For teams, this enables a new category of workflows. AI can manage project boards in real time, update CRM records based on email activity, handle follow-ups, and maintain pipeline accuracy without manual intervention. This reduces fragmentation across tools and removes the operational overhead that typically comes with managing multiple systems.

Chativ Makes AI Customer Service for Small Business Affordable and Instant https://martechseries.com/technology/chativ-makes-ai-customer-service-for-small-business-affordable-and-instant/ Mon, 30 Mar 2026 12:30:20 +0000 https://martechseries.com/?p=397662

Chativ’s AI chatbot for small business websites trains itself from your existing content and answers customer questions 24/7 — no coding required.

Chativ announced the general availability of its AI customer service platform built specifically for small business websites. The platform tackles a problem that affects virtually every small business owner: spending hours each week answering the same customer questions by email and phone, while inquiries arriving outside business hours go unanswered and leads are lost.

The Problem

Small business owners handle an average of five to ten repetitive customer inquiries per day — questions about pricing, availability, how a service works, and what happens next. At five minutes per response, that amounts to up to an hour of daily work on conversations that follow near-identical patterns. At night and on weekends, those same questions go unanswered entirely, and visitors move on to competitors who responded faster.
Enterprise AI customer service platforms — Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom — address this problem at scale, but they are designed for support teams with dedicated IT resources and budgets exceeding $500 per month. For a small business owner who is also the customer service team, those platforms solve the wrong problem at the wrong price.
How Chativ Works

Chativ installs on any website in under ten minutes. Rather than requiring business owners to write scripts, configure conversation flows, or upload training documents, Chativ automatically crawls the website — reading every page the way a search engine would — and builds its AI knowledge base from the content already there. Pricing pages, service descriptions, FAQs, policies: the AI learns from what exists and begins answering visitor questions immediately.
When the AI encounters a question it cannot answer, it does not leave visitors at a dead end. Instead, it captures their name, email address, and question for human follow-up — converting an unanswerable inquiry into a warm lead rather than a lost visitor. For service businesses where a single new client may be worth hundreds or thousands of dollars, this automatic lead capture frequently delivers the platform’s highest return.
Built for Small Business Reality

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview With Fredrik Skantze, CEO and Co-founder of Funnel

Chativ is designed around how small businesses actually operate: limited time, no IT support, and no appetite for platforms that require weeks of setup before they deliver value.
Pricing starts at $29 per month — a flat rate with no per-conversation fees, no seat charges, and no surprise overage bills. When website content changes, Chativ re-crawls automatically so the AI stays current without manual retraining.

“The best AI customer service for small business isn’t a scaled-down version of what enterprises use,” said Philipp, founder of Chativ. “It’s something designed from the ground up for a business where the owner handles customer service between client calls. Setup in minutes, not weeks — and maintenance that doesn’t require a developer.”

Marketing Technology News: The Death of Third-Party Cookies Was Just the Start. Are You Ready for Consent Orchestration?

Closing the Small Business AI Gap

AI-powered customer service has become standard for companies with dedicated support teams. According to Juniper Research, AI chatbots will handle 85% of all customer service interactions by 2027. Small businesses — the majority of businesses globally — have been largely excluded from this shift by cost and complexity barriers.

Chativ’s auto-crawl approach changes the calculation: any business with a reasonably complete website can deploy functional AI customer service without additional content creation, technical resources, or ongoing configuration work.

As AI Reshapes Information Discovery, TrustNoww.com Enters With a Focus on Depth https://martechseries.com/uncategorized/as-ai-reshapes-information-discovery-trustnoww-com-enters-with-a-focus-on-depth/ Wed, 25 Mar 2026 08:14:51 +0000 https://martechseries.com/?p=397391 Trustnoww

An independent digital publication launches with coverage of AI trust, data governance, and emerging technologies, open to expert contributors worldwide.

The way professionals, researchers, and businesses find and evaluate information is changing. Generative AI systems, conversational search engines, and AI-powered assistants are increasingly mediating how answers are surfaced — compressing the discovery process and replacing traditional search behavior with synthesized, citation-dependent responses. In this environment, the structural quality of published content has become as important as its visibility.

As AI systems increasingly mediate how information is discovered, the structural quality and credibility of published content matters more than ever”

— TrustNoww.com Editorial Team

TrustNoww.com, an independent digital publication, has launched to address this shift with research-backed analysis and expert-led editorial content across artificial intelligence, data governance, emerging technologies, and the global startup ecosystem. Initial coverage includes analysis on AI-driven discovery, data governance frameworks, and generative search trends.

The Shift Toward AI-Mediated Information Discovery
For much of the past two decades, content strategy was shaped by search engine optimization — the logic of keywords, backlinks, and page rankings. That model is being disrupted. Generative AI tools now interpret queries, synthesize information from multiple sources, and deliver structured answers directly to users, often without a click-through to the original source.
This transition has significant implications for how credible information gets surfaced and cited. AI systems tend to favor content that is factually grounded, clearly structured, and analytically substantive — characteristics that align more closely with traditional editorial standards than with high-volume, traffic-driven publishing. The publications and platforms that prioritize depth and accuracy are increasingly the ones whose content finds its way into AI-generated responses, analyst reports, and industry briefings.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Nicholas Kontopoulous, Vice President of Marketing, Asia Pacific & Japan @ Twilio

Content in the Age of Generative AI
The pattern is emerging across industries. In ecommerce, platforms such as Sixthshop — an emerging platform exploring AI-driven shopping visibility for ecommerce — are actively working to understand how AI systems discover, rank, and present product information to users. The same question is playing out in media, research, and professional services: as AI intermediaries multiply, what does it take for credible content to remain discoverable and citable?
TrustNoww.com focuses on that question from an editorial perspective. The publication is designed to produce content that holds up under scrutiny — original in perspective, accurate in its claims, and structured in a way that is useful to both human readers and the AI systems increasingly relied upon to summarize and recommend information.

Coverage Areas
TrustNoww.com publishes across three content verticals.
Its technology coverage focuses on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, and digital governance — areas where the gap between surface-level reporting and substantive analysis is most consequential for practitioners and policymakers alike.
Startup coverage aims to document the global entrepreneurial ecosystem with attention to founder narratives, product developments, funding activity, and market context. The platform is designed to give early-stage companies and emerging ecosystems a credible outlet that prioritizes accuracy over announcement.
Guest contributions form a third pillar. Independent researchers, technology journalists, and subject matter experts are invited to submit original editorial content — opinion grounded in expertise, analysis backed by evidence, and insight drawn from direct professional experience.

  • Instantly surface all customer contracts expiring in the next 90 days with a price increase clause, and take action directly from the results
  • Review AI-suggested redlines on a service contract, align them to company policy, and trigger a vendor review workflow
  • Request a summary report of all active contracts with a “data protection” clause and export it, formatted and ready to share
  • Initiate a new customer onboarding workflow and get notified the moment identity verification is complete, without leaving Cowork

Marketing Technology News: The ‘Demand Gen’ Delusion (And What To Do About It)

Empowering teams where they already work
Modern enterprises shouldn’t have to context-switch or choose between their preferred AI tools and their most critical agreement workflows. With Docusign natively integrated into Cowork, teams can execute sophisticated contract workflows without interrupting how and where they work.

Built on enterprise trust
The Docusign connector, built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), brings enterprise-grade security to every agreement workflow in Cowork. Businesses must be authenticated by the platform, access is permission-based, and agreement data remains private and under the customer’s control.

The Docusign MCP connector is available today in beta globally, in English only, through Anthropic’s Connectors Directory for Docusign customers.

SOLNEX Launches AI-Powered Yield Generation Platform on Solana https://martechseries.com/uncategorized/solnex-launches-ai-powered-yield-generation-platform-on-solana/ Mon, 17 Nov 2025 07:08:26 +0000 https://martechseries.com/?p=390354

METAsol Intelligence Engine Powers Real-Time Automated Trading

SOLNEX announced the prelaunch of its new platform designed to generate automated yield on the Solana network. The platform uses an advanced artificial intelligence system, METAsol, to analyze market data and execute trades in real-time.

Solana’s network produces over 15 terabytes of data daily, with trading volumes between $5 billion and $10 billion. SOLNEX was created to process this information, identifying financial opportunities as they emerge.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Miguel Lopes, CPO @ TrafficGuard

We built METAsol to bring order to the chaos of on-chain data. SOLNEX is the gateway for everyone to access that intelligence, making high-performance yield generation simple, secure, and transparent.”

— Logan Pietroforte, CEO of METAsol

The platform is powered by the METAsol protocol, an autonomous on-chain intelligence protocol. METAsol operates through three core components:

– The Synapse Network scans every transaction, liquidity change, and wallet movement across Solana.
– The Cognitive Core uses AI to identify new trends and forecast capital movements.
– The Reflex Engine uses these insights to execute programmatic strategies like arbitrage and momentum trading.

This process generates what SOLNEX calls Quantum Yield, a consistent stream of profit derived from market intelligence.

Users access the system through SOLNEX Grid products. Each Grid is a self-contained yield system that runs for 365 days. Upon activation, users also receive a 100% value-back in $METASOL, the ecosystem’s native token.

“We built METAsol to bring order to the chaos of on-chain data,” said Logan Pietroforte, CEO of METAsol. “SOLNEX is the gateway for everyone to access that intelligence. It makes high-performance yield generation simple, secure, and transparent.”

The platform includes features for growth and security. The SOLNEX Accelerator allows users to apply 50% of the value of their active Grids to unlock higher-tier Grids. For security, the SolNex Vault and Reserve System provides users with Insurance Points for capital protection.

Additionally, 20% of every withdrawal is converted into $SOL and sent to a public on-chain reserve to ensure transparency.

SOLNEX began a 60-day prelaunch program on November 10, 2025. This period allows early users to activate Grids and prepare for the official public release. The prelaunch will culminate in Velocity 2026, the official global launch event hosted in Hong Kong and Macau.

By 2027, the company plans for METAsol to evolve into a Quantum Yield-as-a-Service infrastructure. This will allow other protocols and DAOs to use its intelligence engine.

Iozera Enters Agreement to Acquire Fully Operational Houston Data Center, Expanding AI-as-a-Service Infrastructure https://martechseries.com/uncategorized/iozera-enters-agreement-to-acquire-fully-operational-houston-data-center-expanding-ai-as-a-service-infrastructure/ Fri, 31 Oct 2025 07:11:03 +0000 https://martechseries.com/?p=389235 Iozera has entered into an agreement to acquire a fully operational 4.5-megawatt data center in Houston, Texas. The facility will be expanded and modernized into a 10-megawatt, AI-ready multi-tenant hub—the first in a planned network of AI factories designed to deliver real-time inference and fine-tuning capacity where enterprise users need it most.

Powered by NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs with a Rubin-ready roadmap, the Houston site will support advanced workloads for AI deployment, enabling organizations to move seamlessly from experimentation to production-scale intelligence.

Defining AIaaS

Iozera’s model represents the next evolution in compute: AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS), where infrastructure, intelligence, and human expertise operate as one system.

Each Iozera data center functions as an AI factory, pairing high-density GPU clusters with a dedicated, trained human workforce that supervises, labels, and refines every model in production. This “humans-in-the-loop” architecture is rare in modern AI infrastructure and ensures every deployment learns, adapts, and aligns in real time.

Unlike traditional cloud providers that rent out generic capacity, Iozera delivers fully managed AI pipelines, handling the development, deployment, and fine-tuning of models for enterprises, governments, and corporations. By operating within major population centers, Iozera executes these workloads closer to client data sources, minimizing latency, maximizing control, and translating compute directly into enterprise value.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Miguel Lopes, CPO @ TrafficGuard

In the AI era, compute isn’t leased; it’s orchestrated.

Technology and Partnerships

The facility will employ ZutaCore HyperCool® direct-to-chip, waterless liquid-cooling technology, delivering sustainable, ultra-dense performance at 140 kW per rack.

Schneider Electric will provide technical expertise in value engineering and system optimization, supporting Iozera’s AI factory design through improvements in efficiency, energy architecture, redundancy, and scalability.

Pegatron (Taiwan) will serve as Iozera’s primary source for GPU servers and support hardware integration, reinforcing the company’s ability to deploy high-performance, energy-optimized data centers globally.

Together, these partnerships strengthen Iozera’s mission to deliver GPU-dense, sustainable infrastructure built for modern AI workloads.

Why Houston

Anchored by the Texas Medical Center (TMC), the world’s largest medical complex with more than 60 member institutions including MD Anderson, Texas Children’s, and Houston Methodist, Houston concentrates exceptional clinical data, research expertise, and decision-making capability.

It is rapidly emerging as the AI capital of the U.S., with over $3 billion in new technology investment announced in the past year, including commitments from Apple, NVIDIA, and Foxconn.

This foundation aligns with Kriss.ai, Iozera’s healthcare LLM platform deployed in hospitals and clinics worldwide. Kriss.ai is evolving into the Doctor Digital Twin LLM, a clinician-supervised model that captures medical reasoning, empathy, and communication style—advancing AI’s role in human-centered care and clinical trust.

Marketing Technology News: Disrupt or Be Disrupted: The AI Wake-Up Call for B2B Marketers

Ecosystem and Portfolio

Iozera’s AIaaS backbone powers a portfolio of ventures extending from healthcare to digital engagement, including Kriss.ai, Chatli.ai, AI Mate, and the $AIMAtoken (Ethereum-based). In collaboration with MCV Group, one of Southeast Asia’s largest creator platforms, Iozera is developing AI Mate and Kickit.ai—AI-driven companion and creator-monetization platforms that merge emotional intelligence with scalable, data-driven engagement. Together, these ventures demonstrate how Iozera transforms compute into an ecosystem of commercial and cultural intelligence—bridging physical infrastructure and human experience.

Strategic Significance

As the AI industry shifts from model development to scaled deployment, Iozera’s retrofit strategy meets the moment. With new data-center builds often exceeding $10–12 million per megawatt, Iozera’s approach of acquiring and upgrading operational facilities delivers AI capacity at a fraction of the cost—proving that efficiency, not scale, will define the next era of infrastructure.

The Houston site, currently operating under a short-term leaseback with Men’s Wearhouse (Tailored Brands), underscores this capital-efficient model — repurposing active infrastructure rather than waiting years for new builds. By turning underutilized assets into AI factories, Iozera is creating a faster, more sustainable path to intelligence at scale.
